Wholesale Conditions

Clients who place Wholesale orders at www.yokkao.com/wholesale agrees and undertakes to the following conditions:

a) The minimum order is 600USD (America / Asia / Australia) / 500EUR (Europe) / 450GBP (United Kingdom)
 
b) For new customers payment is 100% advance by bank transfer or credit card.
 
c) Delivery can take up to 7 working days, however YOKKAO Boxing Ltd. has the rights to change the production time accordingly to the production schedule.
 
d) YOKKAO Boxing Ltd. will send an e-mail to the customer when the order is ready.
 
e) Shipping costs are calculated when the order is ready and can be estimated when the order is placed. Shipping costs have to be paid
 
f) 100% full payment for all wholesale orders is required in advance, before the production can begin.
 
g) Any refund, return or exchange is admitted without the mutual consent of YOKKAO Boxing Ltd. and client.
 
h) Orders might incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. YOKKAO is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
