Conditions of Order

Acceptance of Conditions: By placing an order, customers accept these conditions.
  1. Eligibility for Wholesale Discounts: Discounts are exclusively available to qualified gyms, physical stores, and select online retailers.
  2. Payment Terms: Payment must be made 100% in advance. Production time will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Typically, production takes up to 90 days.
  3. Order Finalization: Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. If an item is discontinued between the order submission and production time, Yokkao will promptly suggest a replacement. The replacement order must match the original order amount. No refunds are available except for sizing mistakes or damaged items.
  4. Shipping and Production Timeline: Shipping costs will be estimated after checkout. Duties and VAT are not included. Production time is approximately 45 to 90 days (after payment is made), depending on the factory load. To ensure timely fulfillment, we suggest scheduling your orders in advance.
  5. Restrictions on Reselling: Reselling our products on public e-marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay is strictly prohibited.
  6. Pricing Compliance: Offering our products at retail prices lower than those listed on the YOKKAO website is prohibited. Violations of this policy will be strictly enforced to maintain brand integrity.
